What happens if we damage or lose part of a toy?

Accidents happen and much more with small children. In general we will try to fix the situation and not charge you for small issues. If the toy requires a lot of repairs there might be an agreed upon surcharge of 5€. If you lose a piece or two we offer you the possibility of finding it and returning it with the next box. If you don’t find it we will contact the manufacturer and try to replace it, if this is not possible we might have to add a surcharge of 5€ to remedy the situation. If you lose a whole box or damage more than one toy we will contact you individually and try and remedy the situation as best as possible. We do believe our toys can hold the pressure and we are convinced our members will lovingly take care of the toys to give them as long a life as possible.

Will I get instructions with the toy?

Each toy comes with a set of instructions such as safety and use for you to be able to enjoy it as much as possible.


What happens if we already own a toy or we don’t like a toy we receive?

From an educational perspective we want our members to save time and effort in having to select the toys that best suit the age group of their child and the skill sets that they can learn. From the perspective of the child, we want to remove gender stereotypes and provide the children with experiences they may not have originally chosen for themselves but that may surprise them!

With each selection that we propose you will have the opportunity to review it and modify it to best suit your needs and avoid repeat toys or toys you have tried that haven’t worked.


How do you clean the toys?

We sanitise each toy after every use with bio certified safe products that disinfect the toy and leave it cleaner than if you were getting it from the factory!

ADDITIONAL COVID-19 MEASURES

ALL the toys that we receive back into our premises:

  1. Stay in an open well ventilated area for 3 days before they are handled

  2. They pass two rounds of hand inspected cleaning with non-toxic products before they are stored in their individual cloth bags.

  3. Our staff always wears masks and gloves when handling the toys or in their presence.

  4. They are stored for 24-48h before they are sent.


How are the payments handled?

You subscribe to one of our plans using your credit card. Your first payment is processed ONLY when we have sent the first box. Every month on the same day the subscription is renewed unless you request a pause or cancellation.

You will always have a password controlled access to your Play Go Round account and you can ask us to pause, cancel or change your monthly plan whenever you want.
